Having spent 6 years in Singapore, 5 years in Japan and the rest of time in New Zealand split between Auckland, Wellington and Queenstown, his multicultural background lets him emphasise with a vast range of international clientele.

James is half-Japanese and half-Chinese (Hong Kong), and lives in Niseko (Hokkaido) with his wife who is Korean.
