Debbie and James booked with both our Japan branch and New Zealand Wedding Company.

Starting off with a Pre-Wedding Shoot in Otaru Hokkaido, we explored around the beach side in Asari, followed by a visit to the famous Otaru Canal and then to more rural areas in the city’s vicinity.
Our friends in Tokyo, TIG Dress, supplied the Kimonos.


A week later, in typical New Zealand fashion, our Queenstown NZ team took them up to 4 beautiful mountain top locations for their Elopement Ceremony and Photography. All via Helicopter.

We are currently still working out helicopter options in Japan, as it is a relatively new concept here unlike the way it is in New Zealand.

The New Zealand side was started in 2012 and has photographed over 900 weddings. In 2023 alone, the team photographed 205 weddings!
Nomad Weddings Japan was launched in 2023, and formally incorporated as Kiwi Photography Godo Kaisha (GK) in 2024.
