Wild Landscapes
Hokkaido is Japan’s northernmost island: a vast, largely unspoiled region of volcanic peaks, powder snow, flower fields and open coastline. It is the most seasonal destination in Japan. Summer brings lavender and lupins across Furano; winter transforms Niseko and Otaru into a monochrome world of deep snow and frozen lakes. Whatever the season, Hokkaido shoots feel genuinely remote and unhurried.
